Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Carotid Artery Plaque (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type) By Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction

Purpose: Through the observation of Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of carotid plaques(phlegm and blood stasis type)clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms that the prescription can significantly improve patients,to improve the carotid plaque(phlegm and blood stasis type)positive treatment level.Method: In this study,72 patients with carotid plaques(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was given Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(Huanglian 10 g,Zelan 15 g,Shicangpu 10 g,Hongjingtian 15 g,Huangqin 10 g,Jixueteng 15 g,Peilan 10 g,Huangbo 10 g,Sharen 10 g,Zhizi 10 g,Yuzhu 10g)by Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Pharmacy.Each dose of water extract juice 300 ml,150ml 2 morning and evening oral,the control group were given by the Jiangxi Province Lotus Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.(approval number: Zhunzi Z19983040)students Tongmai Jiangzhi tablets produced,0.84 g / time,3 times / day orally.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Statistical analysis was carried out to evaluate the criteria of TCM syndrome,carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound and blood lipid.This study adopts the method of random grouping and comparison.Result: 1 In this study,72 cases were divided into the treatment group,the cases were removed and eliminated,and the compliance between the two groups was good in the 0 groups.2 Comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome score after treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 88.89%,control group total effective rate was 72.22%,by statistical test,the difference between the groups(P < 0.05),in improving the TCM treatment group than the control group.The clinical research results show that the modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can reduce the IMT value of the patients,and the modified Huanglian Jiedu decoction has a better lipid regulating effect,and can reduce TC,TG and LDL-C.3 Two groups of patients has not been occurred adverse events while taking the drugs.Conclusion: Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively treat carotid plaques(phlegm and blood stasis type),clinical efficacy is better than Tongmai Jiangzhi tablets,two groups of drugs can effectively improve the syndrome of tcm.However,Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is superior to Tongmai Jiangzhi tablet in reducing IMT value,which is worthy of further clinical research.
