Objective:Based on CTA reconstruction data,studies the relevant anatomy features of ovarian arteries,including origin,open position,direction,the relative position relation and pipe diameter,and contorts the distribution characteristics of interventional therapy for ovarian arteries and surgical operation treatment to provide basic anatomy data support,and anatomical basis,in order to improve the level of operation.Materials and methods:Selection of basic data selection: choose from January 2013 to January 2017,the first hospital of jilin university under the line of patients with abdominal CT imaging data,into the standard set are: 1)older than 18 adults;2)no severe disease in the normal blood supply of the pelvis;3)three-dimensional reconstruction images showed that bilateral ovary arteries showed good value.Exclusion criteria:(1)patients with previous allergy history of iodine or iodine contrast agent;(2)women with recent reproductive requirements;(3)taking metformin in 48 h;(4)the patient is in poor condition and has severe renal insufficiency and vascular disease.A total of 42 cases were reported.Using the GE Discovery TM 64 line gems of subjects undergoing abdominal CT machine scanning,the images obtained result is sent to AW Volume Share 4.5 workstation,the reconstruction of the professional and technical personnel after completion of post processing on this platform by clinical doctors and anatomy teaching and research section personnel to the experimental results are observed.Results:1.The ovarian artery originated from the abdominal aorta(95%),which originated in the secondary artery(4%)and the lower mesenteric artery(1%).Compared with the relative position of the bilateral ovarian arteries,the results showed that the left side was lower than the right side,accounting for 48%,while the two sides were equal to 33%,while the right side was less than the left side,accounting for about 19%.2.The open diameter of the left ovarian artery was 1.0±0.2mm,and the external diameter of the right ovarian artery opening was 0.9±0.2 mm.3.The left side of the ovary artery,which originated from the abdominal aorta,was mostly in the form of approximately 46 per cent combat,29 percent and 25 percent respectively.On the right,the proportion of those who were out of shape was about 45 percent,30 percent for the outside and 25 percent for the vertical.4.The opening of the ovary artery is located in the lower part of the mesenteric artery and the renal artery and above the superior mesenteric artery.5.This study choose the sacroiliac joint in front of ovarian artery is measured,as it into the basin in the outer diameter,the results shown:the left ovary into the basin was 0.9 ±0.2 mm in diameter,the right ovary opening diameter was 0.8 ±0.2 mm.Conclusion:1.The ovarian artery mainly originated from the abdominal aorta,and other variation origins are rare in the secondary artery and submesenteric artery.2.The opening of the ovary artery is mainly located in the lower part of the mesenteric artery and the renal artery,above the superior mesenteric artery,and the posterior portion of the aorta from the abdominal aorta has gone through the lower part of the artery.3.CTA can clearly show the beginning and end of the ovarian artery,which can be a feasible means to study the anatomical structure of ovarian artery.. |
