Survey On The Effects Evaluation And Satisfaction Rate Of The Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Project For Poor Children In Dezhou

Objective: To investigate and analyze the satisfaction degree of the rehabilitation service for cerebral palsy patients in Dezhou.Including the process of the investigation,to analyze the service content,finishing with family members for project proposals,including the analysis of problems and shortcomings,and on this basis,find out the deficiencies and problems of project management in the service,to ensure the quality of rehabilitation to achieve better promotion,provide a strong basis to improve and perfect to rescue the mechanism of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy in Dezhou city.Research methods: in the investigation phase,the data of the children with cerebral palsy who were archived in Dezhou in 2015 were retrieved.Which involves the rehabilitation of patients training data,apply for participation in training files.On the basis of this,this paper makes a thorough investigation of the children and families who participated in the rehabilitation training for the poor children with cerebral palsy in Dezhou during the year by means of questionnaires,interviews and tests.The tools used in the survey included the rehabilitation checklist for children,the general rehabilitation schedule and the service satisfaction evaluation table.Results: Through the survey and analysis of questionnaire,interview and feedback data views of the families of patients,the survey results show that children in the rehabilitation training in a period of time later,the indexes are changed obviously.Among them,there is not much difference between the factors of limb movement,turn over,hand movement,language ability and so on.The four indexes of the rehabilitation effect,satisfaction degree,relief mechanism satisfaction,training content satisfaction and overall satisfaction index of the families with different economic levels were statistically significant.From the analysis of the family location of the patients,there are obvious differences in the satisfaction degree of different address families,but the evaluation of rehabilitation effect is consistent(p>0.05).On the whole,the satisfaction degree of family rehabilitation program in children with cerebral palsy was significantly related to the final rehabilitation status of children with cerebral palsy.In this paper,the analysis of overall satisfaction,mainly using regression analysis,which involves rehabilitation training institutions satisfaction,rehabilitation effectiveness,satisfaction and relief mechanism satisfaction three main indicators.In the process of regression analysis of the satisfaction of rehabilitation effect,the main analysis variable is the improvement of the general indexes of cerebral palsy children.The regression analysis of rehabilitation training institutions mainly takes the training ability and charging situation of rehabilitation institutions as the main analysis variables.The satisfaction of the relief mechanism is mainly based on the economic level and address of the family.Conclusion: Through this investigation,combined with the research and analysis of comprehensive indicators of the three indicators in this paper that the mechanism of satisfaction,satisfaction and standard rehabilitation satisfaction has a significant impact on the overall satisfaction.The ability of the rehabilitation organization and the charging standards for its implementation have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the patient's family to the rehabilitation training institutions.The influence of cerebral palsy children and family on the satisfaction of rehabilitation was the improvement of cerebral palsy index.The overall satisfaction degree of children with cerebral palsy and family to aid standard is low score satisfaction,and the factors that affect satisfaction are family income and location of address.
