BackgroundIn recent years,we found that the majority of children were suffering from common diseases or in the sub-health state in kindergarten physical examination, and the basic public health services in the preschool children health management requirements also required the key management of obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs,because these five kinds of diseases can do great harm to children's health,if it can be identified early and prevented timely, the intervention effect was good. There were many factors associated with common diseases of children in kindergarten, but it still didn't get effective proof.ObjectiveThe purposes of this study included that:(1)This study analyzed and compared the detection rates and trends of obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs negative in kindergarten children every year.(2)This study analyzed and compared the detection rates and trends of obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs negative in different grades of kindergarten children each year.(3)This study investigated the influencing factors of childhood diseases, and found out the factors associated with various diseases. It can provide a scientific guidance for the prevention and intervention of common diseases, formulate the relevant policies for the health education department and provide a theoretical basis for strengthening the management of health care.Materials and MethodsThe research used the method of time series comparison on the different levels of kindergarten who finished physical examination during 2010-2015.We compared and analyzed children's physical examination data.We statisticed the five detection rate of children's obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs negative from the high, medium and low grade kindergartens and analyzed its development trend in each year.At the same time we designed the corresponding questionnaire by consulting a large number of relevant literature, which specifically included:the basic information of children, the general situation of their parents, parental rearing patterns and awareness of the diseases such as.The datas were processed using SPSS 18.0 software and the spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis(SR)to identify risk factors which associated with the obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs negative.Meanwhile it can provide a certain guidance for preventing and controling diseases in local area for the future.Results(1)The statistical analysis showed that the detection rate had statistical significance(P<0.05),which obesity, anemia, dental caries, abnormal vision and Anti-HBs negative in kindergarten children in Liaocheng city during 2010-2015 years, the detection rate of obesity and abnormal vision showed an upward trend year by year, the children's anemia detection rate showed a trend of rising at first and then decreasing,The detection rate of dental caries increased year by year in 2010-2012,and then it slowly increased after a sharp decline in 2013,but the overall showed a downward trend, the anti-HBs negative detection rate has decreased year by year to 2013,and then slowly increased, but the overall presented a downward trend.(2)The detection rates of five kinds of diseases had statistical significance(P<0.05)in different level of kindergarten, obesity showed a high occurrence in high-grade kindergarten, anemia and abnormal vision showed a high occurrence in medium-grade,while dental caries and anti-HBs negative were highest in low-grade.(3)The analysis showed that in terms of obesity:there was a statistically significance(P<0.05)in age, grade of kindergarten, family income, parental education, parental obesity, high calorie food intake and outdoor activity time. There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in gender, daily contact and operation time of electronic products. In terms of anemia:there was a statistical significance(P<0.05)in grade of kindergarten, mother's level of education and the frequency of snacking. There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in gender, family income and father's education level. In terms of caries:there was a statistical significance(P<0.05)in age, grade of kindergarten, the frequency of sugary food intake, taking the kids to do oral health on a regular basis, whether to brush teeth every day and rinsing mouth after the meal. There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in gender, family income, educational level of parents and start brushing in 3 years old.In terms of abnormal vision:there was a statistical significance(P<0.05)in age, grade of kindergarten, mother's level of education, the time and the number of continuous contact with electronic products a day, outdoor activity time and cognitive level. There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in gender, family income and father's education level. In terms of Anti-HBs negative:there was a statistical significance(P<0.05)in grade of kindergarten, parents' education, and the cognition of hepatitis b and vaccine on a regular basis to check Anti-HBs,vaccine of inject second liver and hepatitis b vaccine on a regular basis to strengthen. There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in age, gender and family income. The detection rate of common diseases had statistical significance(P<0.05)in kindergarten, family income, parents' education, diet, outdoor activity time, whether regular children do oral health care, whether regular children do visual inspection and regular check Anti-HBs.Conclusion(1)The detection rates of five diseases in kindergarten in Liaocheng during year 2010-2015 were as follows:children's obesity and abnormal vision showed an upward trend year by year, the prevalence of dental caries and Anti-HBs negative showed a downward trend, while anemia increased firstly then decreased.(2)Obesity showed a high occurrence in high-grade kindergarten, anemia and abnormal vision showed a high occurrence in medium-grade,while dental caries and Anti-HBs negative were highest in low-grade.(3)The results showed that there were no obvious gender characteristics in children, but there was a correlation between obesity, dental caries, abnormal vision and age.(4)The risk factors of common diseases may be parental obesity, low educational level, diet balanced, intake of high calorie foods, regular intake of high calorie foods and snacks, long time with electronic products, the parents' error awareness of the diseases. While the protective factors may be include the balanced diet, brushing teeth every day, rinsing
