A Hospital In Xinjiang Average Hospital Stay Before Surgery Common Diseases Of Pediatric Surgery Factors Affecting

Objectives: To understand the influence factors of pediatric surgery in Xinjiang in a large general hospital common disease preoperative average length of stay through the questionnaire and interviews,the influence factors of medical staff group and contrast group for families of children understand the doctor-patient differences in length of stay before operation,analyze the causes and to shorten the surgical treatment of common surgical diseases in children before operation the average hospitalization days and provide a theoretical basis for the.Methods: To adopt the cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among family members and health care workers in pediatric surgical patients by self made questionnaire.Descriptive analysis was conducted on the basic situation and the factors influencing the average length of stay in hospital before operation,and the frequency and relative number were used to describe the basic situation.By interviewing the pediatric surgery departments and sub professional groups of doctors and nurses,explore the existing problems in the medical behavior,find out the factors that may affect the preoperative average length of stay,and summarized the classification system of fishbone diagram,root cause analysis.Result: 1 through the influence factors of medical staff and family members of children group contrast group,the medical staff and family members of patients for different cognitive disorders and the importance of different angles and to consider the question of which the preoperative average length of stay is different;2 social factors in 61% medical staff and 48.1% family members of children think the factors of national health policy will directly affect the patients before the average hospitalization days;medical staff of more than 90% of the 3 patients that complexity and disease factors of complications,disease mutation,family signature will,check with the degree of impact on children of average hospitalization days before surgery;4 health care factors of medical and nursing staffs in 68.3% of the people think that affect doctor-patient communication however,the families of patients accounted for only 49.6%,the influence degree of the families of patients and medical errors in the system rounds that was significantly higher than that of paramedics.Who were 24.4% and 58.8% and 17.1% and 47.2%;the 5 hospital factors through the questionnaire found that the factors can be improved in hospital inspection time,operation room in the preoperative medical personnel arrange factors in the proportion is lower than that of the families of patients.Conclusion: The statistical results showed that the medical staff and family members of patients have statistical difference for most factors affecting the statistical results of four dimensions for social factors,patient factors,health care and hospital factors will affect the preoperative average length of stay,take the implementation of pre hospital inspection,rational use of assessment and incentive mechanism,carry out various forms of doctors and patients communication,improve the hospital service process and environment,flexible allocation of hospital operation room and other measures to improve the current situation.
