Background:Coronary slow flow phenomenon is related lesions in ruled out the influence factors,through coronary angiography found no obvious pathological changes but blood perfusion delay problems,related to the pathogenesis of coronary slow flow phenomenon has been studied,recently found that there is a certain relationship with inflammation,and the related research also shows that inflammatory mediators sCD40L plays an important role.Objective:To explore the mechanism of coronary slow flow phenomenon through observe the serum levels of sCD40L in patients with slow blood flow and normal control group.Methods:The patients between September 2012 and May 2013 by chest tightness or chest pain symptoms suspected coronary heart disease were inrolled,coronary angiography examination results in forty patients with slow coronary flow,forty cases of normal control group,collect the clinical data of all patients,The serum levels of sCD40L and related soluble adhesion molecules:ICAM-1?VCAM-1 and E-selectin in forty patients with coronary angiographically confirmed slow coronary flow and 40 patients with normal coronary flow were analyzed.Results:The general data analysis found that CSFP group and normal group in age,gender,comorbidity(hypertension,diabetes),body mass index,smoking,blood lipid level and use of cardiovascular drugs had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Anterior descending CSFP group,right coronary artery and circumflex artery branch,average coronary artery blood flow to the frames were greater than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group related indicators through blood test found that CSFP sCD40L,VCAM 1,ICAM-1,E-select element,CRP were higher than in normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group were found by correlation analysis,CSFP sCD40L and VCAM 1,ICAM-1,E-select element,CRP were present positive correlation(P<0.05).Normal group sCD40L and VCAM 1,ICAM-1,E-select element,CRP has no correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.CSFP patients with coronary artery elevated serum sCD40L,sCD40L and VCAM,ICAM-1-1,E-select element,CRP was a positive correlation to choose element2.SCD40L probably by promoting the expression of adhesion molecules promote the occurrence and development of CSFP.
