Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Sushi Yugu Pills On Promoting Fracture Healing

Purpose: The purpose of this study is based on the more Sushi Yugu Pills promote the healing of distal radius fracture degree of observation(injury pain,swelling,callus growth and clinical efficacy,etc),to explore the curative effect and mechanism of fracture healing in a specific,for the future and provide guidance in clinical treatment.Method:In haicheng county bonesetting hospital in July 2016 to February 2017 between the treatment of 72 cases of closed fresh distal radius fractures,after manual reduction of small splint external fixation,through the simple randomization method divided into treatment group and control group,The treatment group take Sushi Yugu Pills,the control group take JieGu Pills,treatment period is 6 weeks(2 weeks for one period of treatment),by observing the fracture position of pain relief,the swelling subsided,callus growth and clinical curative effect comparison indicators such as a result,carries on the analysis comparison.Result: 1.The treatment group and control group in terms of pain relief,no significant difference,two groups of drug analgesic effect;2.After two periods of treatment group and control group in the treatment of symptom improvement aspect pills for the treatment group is better than that of &experience in control group;3.The treatment group and control group in the treatment of three symptoms improved after treatment aspects Sushi Yugu pills for the treatment group is better than that of JieGu Pills in control group;4.The treatment group and control group in promote callus growth phase comparison,after two course of treatment,there was no significant difference in both groups,but significant difference after three treatment,the treatment group can promote the growth of callus;5.The treatment group and control group in clinical effect comparison,are two groups of drugs are effective,but the treatment group was better than control group;6.In the process of the treatment on blood,urine,stool and heart,liver and kidney function examination,two groups had no abnormal change,in the process of the treatment did not see local allergic reactions or other adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.Sushi Yugu Pills can effectively promote the blood circulation,improve the injury of fracture end acetanilide detumescence,promote the callus growth and fracture healing;2.Sushi Yugu Pills curative effect is better than that of JieGu Pills.
