Study Of Cognitive Domain Impairment In Different Constitution Of TCM

Background:With the aging society in our country,the cognitive function impirment enter the field of clinical and scientific research workers which caused a serious of problem bothered the patients and the family.Through searching and reading of literature,the author found that the current constitution of TCM for cognitive impairment research is not perfect,prospective studies still need a large sample and multi center,to further the existing results are confirmed.For patients with different physical impairment of the cognitive domain,but also did not see the reported precedent.Based on this,the author puts forward the research.Purpose: To investigate the classification of physical constitution and cognitive impairmen of patients with cognitive impairment in our hospital by a full set of neuropsychological tests and identification of TCM constitution.The data were analyzed and the relationship between the two was explored.The cognitive impairment of patients with different constitution and the characteristics of cognitive impairment in different physical cognitive impairment were obtained.Through the above two aspects,we hope to provide a strong basis for the prevention and early intervention of cognitive impairment.Method: The retired workers psychological cognitive assessment a full set of nerves,including screening scale(MOCA scale)and the cognitive domain evaluation scale(craft story memory selected immediate recall and delayed recall;orientation selection orientation check in MOCA scale;attention selection of digital span test;language function the multi language naming test and fluency test;executive function using the connection test;visual spatial ability selection of complex graphics(copy),Benson collected the cognitive assessment results;the national fitness criteria for retired workers in our hospital were collected to determine the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine health information.The collected data were analyzed,and the results were discussed.Result:A total of 418 cases were collected.The collected data show that the total score of the MOCA scale,the highest score of peace,the mean value was 23.04,the lowest score of Yang deficiency and yin deficiency,the mean value was 22.01.In the area of cognitive impairment,the significant level was 0.05.In terms of total score,Yang deficiency(P=0.007),yin deficiency(P=0.028),P=0.010.The comparison of each cognitive domain showed that the quality of sputum wet orientation(P=0.020);Yin deficiency memory(P=0.013)and language function(P=0.021).Conclusion: The influence of various TCM Constitution on cognitive function is the most obvious is the yin deficiency and yang deficiency,and the influence of the level of quality on cognitive function is the smallest,namely,Yang deficiency and yin deficiency are more likely to suffer from cognitive impairment.In the area of cognitive impairment,phlegm dampness is more likely to result in the damage of directional force,and the more obvious effect of yin deficiency is memory and language ability.
