Clinical Observation Of Modified Shensu Yin On The Treatment Of Lung-distention (Acute Exacerbation-sputum And Dampness Filled,Exogenous Cold)

Purpose: The aim of this modified Shensuyin treatment of lung-distention(acute exacerbation-sputum and dampness filled,exogenous cold),compared with western medicine treatment,to observe the curative effect,as well as two kinds of treatment for Chinese medicine symptoms,CAT score improvement compared to modified Shensuyin treatment of lung distension(acute exacerbation-sputum and dampness filled,exogenous cold)treatment effect,so as to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung distension of the lungs of new ideas,make lung distension treatment more effective.Method: According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and the case inclusion criteria,72 cases were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and two outpatient departments and inpatients in the Department of pulmonary diseases.Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into 36 groups: control group(36 cases with basic treatment of Western Medicine)and treatment group(based on the control group,with modified Shensuyin).Objective to evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of lung distension(acute exacerbation-sputum and dampness filled,exogenous cold)by observing the total curative effect,the major and minor symptoms and the change of CAT score before and after treatment.Result: The clinical observation and comparison of two groups,the treatment group and the control group total effective rate were 88.89% and 75.00%,through statistical analysis,the effective rate between the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05),the effect of the treatment group than the control group.The treatment group compared with the control group in the main symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest and diaphragm secondary symptoms such as bloating,Peng Man plug,chills,headache and nasal obstruction improved with difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical research shows that the therapeutic effect of the combination of modified Shensuyin in on lung distension(acute exacerbation-sputum and dampness filled,exogenous cold)is definite,which is superior to that of Western medicine,and has given full play to the advantages of TCM in the treatment of pulmonary distension.
