| [Objective] To compare the clinical effects of Super-mini percutaneous nephroli thotomy(SMP)and Retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)with less than 2.5 cm of kidney stones.[Methods] A retrospective study of 65 patients with kidney s tones who met the criteria from January 2016 to December 2017 in our depart ment was divided into Super-mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy(SMP)accordi ng to their personal wishes and treatment plans.Cases and 35 cases of Retrogr ade intrarenal surgery(RIRS)were compared.The stone size,stone CT value,BMI index,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and first-stage lithotripsy were compared between the two groups.The number of days,postoperative co mplications,and the total cost of surgery were compared.[Results] All patients in the SMP group and the RIRS group completed the surgery at one time.Th e stone rate,intraoperative blood loss,and length of hospital stay in the SMP group were higher than those in the RIRS group.The difference was statistical ly significant(P<0.05).The operative time,cost of hospitalization,and residual rate of residual stones in the RIRS group were higher than those in the SMP group(P<0.05).The other two groups of stone size,stone CT value,BMI in dex and other data were not statistically different(P> 0.05).[Conclusion] With the same final stone clearance rate,ultramicrochannel percutaneous nephrolithot omy has the advantages of shorter operation time,higher rate of primary stone removal and less hospitalization cost in the treatment of renal stones less than2.5 cm in diameter,and RIRS surgery.With less intraoperative blood loss,sh ort hospital stay,due to the advantages of operating in the body's natural cavit y,the damage is smaller than SMP.SMP surgery is a newly developed technique in recent years.Both techniques have their own advantages and disadvantag es.In clinical practice,a reasonable choice of surgical procedures should be ba sed on the patient's actual economic situation,illness,and personal wishes. |
