| Purpose:Collect formulas for treating esophageal cancer in modern periodical literature and books.Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform software,the characteristics and compatibility rules of esophageal cancer prescription in recent 30 years were analyzed.The characteristics and compatibility characteristics of the prescriptions were summarized and analyzed,and the basic knowledge of doctors in the treatment of esophageal cancer was discussed from multiple perspectives.It provides more data and theoretical basis for TCM differential treatment,and expands its clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.Method : Through the academic website(CNKI,Wanfang medical network,reading show,VP and so on)retrieval modern literature and collection library collection of books for the treatment of esophageal cancer,after screening processing to enter the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform software,using the software integrated data analysis method to analyze.Result:Statistics showed that the main syndrome types were sputum obstruction type,phlegm stasis type,spleen deficiency phlegm type,heat toxic and Yin type,phlegm and stasis type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type,Qi Yin two deficiency type,spleen and kidney two deficiency type,respectively.466 prescriptions for the treatment of esophageal cancer were selected and 465 drugs were selected.Frequency of more than 50 times the frequency of high frequency drugs 32 flavors.Four drug use frequency with temperature,frequency of use of five taste bitter,owned by the frequency of use in spleen.The drug(frequency = 10)20 categories,Buxu drugs and drugs for clearing heat.The 10 groups of high-frequency compatibility were summed up.Conclusion:Esophageal cancer with body weakness in the spleen and stomach,phlegm,blood stasis,heat and toxin in cancer,subject to poison,disorder of Qi is the key.Above each other the onset of each other;This disease is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Treatment to reinforce asthenia,Qi and phlegm,detoxification Sanjie,broken blood Xiaozheng,blood stasis,nourishing yinand clearing heat throughout.Compatibility characteristics: the compatibility of drug compatibility with activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine;supplementing Qi medicine with dampness and eliminating phlegm medicine;combining with nourishing Yin medicine with antipyretic medicine;combining medicine for activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine;combined with physical Qi medicine;supplementing deficiency drugs with antitumor antidote drugs;promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs in combination with clearing heat and detoxifying drugs;eight categories of phlegm medicine combined with activating blood and removing stasis drugs.The characteristics of the formula: fill the fire facilities,strengthening;adjusting qi,Tongjiang;cold and heat,yin and Yang were.In order to warm drug characteristics,supplemented by the bitter.The prescription is mainly internal and external use.The dosage form is mainly based on decoction.The use of powder and pill is much weaker in physical condition and longer in illness. |
