| Objective:To observe the efficacy of Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule combined with co nventional medicine in the treatment of tuberculosis of lung yin deficiency syn drome,and to observe the efficacy and safety of the treatment.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and taking into account the factors of falling off,we select tuberculosis(lung yin deficiency syndrome)72 cases of patients,the patients are randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group,36 cases in the control group.The treatment group and the control group are given the basic medical treatment,and the treatment group increases oral Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule combined with western medicine treatment.The total course of treatment has 4 weeks.The main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms and signs,sputum smears or sputum culture results(positive and negative)before and after the treatment are observed in the treatment group and the control group.The changes in the absorption and changes of the CT focus in the chest and the related laboratory indexes after treatment are evaluated.The efficacy and safety of the two groups are evaluated.Result:1 The results of sputum smear or sputum culture and TCM syndrome scores are compared between the two groups before and after the experiment,They are statistically significant(P<0.01).The results show that the two groups have good therapeutic effect on patients.2 Before the experiment,the sputum smear or sputum culture results and TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group are compared.The results are not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there is no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.Two groups of patients after treatment of sputum smear and sputum culture results,the TCM syndromes are compared between groups,two results are statistically significant(P<0.05),the negative rate in the treatment group is 80%,and the negative rate in the control group is 42.86%.the patients in the treatment group,the sputum smear or culture of sputum in TCM syndrome score after treatment is lower than patients in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3 The efficacy of chest CT in the treatment group is compared with that in the control group.The effective rate of the absorption in the treatment group is 87.10%,while that in the control group is 63.64%.It is statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the absorption rate of chest CT lesions in the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.4 The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.77%,the cure rate is 9.68%,the total effective rate of the control group is69.70%,and the cure rate is 3.03%.The difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.5 After the test,the UA of the two groups increase(P < 0.05),and the level of UA in the treatment group is lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).It indicates that the anti tuberculosis western medicine could cause the side effect of the increase of blood uric acid,and the Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule could reduce the level of blood uric acid increase;and the two groups of patients with ALT and AST are uncommon after the treatment(P < 0.05),and that Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule has obvious effects of protecting liver and reducing enzyme during the course of treatment;there are significant differences in the two groups after treatment in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms of cases(P < 0.05),indicating that Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule is effective in alleviating the symptoms of gastrointestinal tract in the course of treatment;and mild allergic symptoms in a few cases after treatment have no statistical significance(P > 0.05),indicating that Bai Bei Yi Fei capsules have no significant effect in treatment to reduce patients with mild allergic reaction.The other safety indicators are in the normal range.Conclusion: The effect of Bai Bei Yi Fei capsule combined with conventional basic therapy is better than conventional basic therapy,and it is safe to relieve the toxic and side effects of conventional western medicine. |
