Effection And Mechanisms Of Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction On Postoperative Recovery Of Varicose Veins Of Lower Limb

Objective: To observe the decoction of Zhuyu Tongmai to remove the stasis in acting clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of patients with lower extremity varicose vein after surgery.Method: The patients were investigated by case control method.According to the inclusion criteria of diagnosis of lower extremity varicose vein,60 eligible patients involved in this trial who divided into two groups,Including 30 cases in control group and 30 patients in treatment group.The control group was treated by semiconductor laser surgery without the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine,The treatment group was treated by decoction of Zhuyu Tongmai after semiconductor laser surgery(Peach kernel 10 g,Red flowers 10 g,Ligusticum wallichii 20 g,Paeonia lactiflora 15 g,Cortex moutan 15 g,Angelica 10 g,Radix cyathulae 20 g,Caulis spatholobi 20 g,Astragalus 30 g,Hematoxylon 10 g,Fructus aurantii 10 g,Rhizoma atractylodis 10 g,Dandelions 30g).one dose a day for two weeks.Observing and recording the changes of CEAP and clinic symptoms between the two groups for one months,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results: 60 eligible patients involved in this trial,which were divided into control group(30 cases)and therapy group(30 cases).As a result,in the control group with 30 cases,17 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective.In the treatment group,28 patients were notable and 2 cases were effective.There were difference between the two groups(P<0.05).According to the clinical score standard of the CEAP,the control group's pre-treatment fraction is 3.45 ± 0.63,the post-treatment is 1.87±1.56.Differences were significant for the fraction before and after treated(P<0.05).The treatment group's pre-treatment fraction is 3.53±0.61,the post-treatment is 1.59±1.05.There was a significant difference for the fraction before and after treated(P<0.05).There were difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of treatment group is better than the control group.The improved clinical symptoms: the acid and heaviness,swelling,varicose vein of the control group,the pre-treatment fraction is 4.73±0.96,4.48±1.73,4.63±1.10,and the post-treatment fraction is 1.86±0.54,0.95±0.58,1.61±1.18.There was a significant difference for the fraction before and after treated(P<0.05).The acid and heaviness,swelling,varicose vein of the treatment group,the pre-treatment fraction is 4.57±1.30,4.35±1.78,4.76±1.08,and the post-treatment fraction is 0.86±0.38,0.53±0.25,0.63±0.34,There was a significant difference for the fraction before and after treated(P<0.05).Comparison of the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,in which the improvement of the acid and heaviness,swelling,varicose vein(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mechanism of activating blood circulation to remove the stasis can effectively and efficiently promote the patient's rapid recovery after semiconductor laser surgery,It has unique effect in improved of the acid and heaviness,swelling and varicose vein.
