Research purposes: based on the evaluation of two groups of patients before and after treatment in TCM syndrome score, complete blood count(white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin),Karnofsky functional status score(KPS score),security, the change of observation, discusses eight Jane flavored soup treating colorectal cancer two clinical curative effect and safety of deficiency syndrome,qi and blood for the appropriate treatment of colorectal cancer two qi card to provide the reference data. Methods: 72 cases of hospitalized patients in Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine hospital(December 2015 to December 2017)were studied by random digital table method,36 cases were treated in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.Treatment group :(1)add flavor 8 Jane soup;(2)kangai injection, control group :(1)10 panax ginseng tablet;(2)kangai injection. One course of treatment was observed for 14 days.By observing the comparison of the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score, complete blood count(white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin),quality of life score(KPS score),the change of safety index,to evaluate eight Jane flavored soup for colorectal cancer qi deficiency syndrome clinical efficacy and safety of two.Research results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores. The total efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant, suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the overall efficacy of TCM syndromes. To compare the treatment group and control group(group)before and after the treatment of various syndromes scores: control group in the TCM syndrome score comparison(P > 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference, the control group after treatment with various syndromes score improvement is not obvious;Comparison of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that all TCM symptoms were improved after treatment.Comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment(group)is compared between the TCM syndrome score: "stay" and "palpitation" score than comparison(P > 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference,"fatigue" god score comparison(P = 0.05),less gas lazy words,"dizziness","complexion" and "night sleep soundly unsettling" score comparison(P < 0.05),statistically significant differences, hints in improving the fatigue "god","less gas lazy words","dizziness","complexion" and "night sleep soundly uneasy" aspects of the disease treatment group is better than the control group.2.Comparison of total blood cell count(leukocyte, platelet, hemoglobin).Control group: " hemoglobin","white" and "the platelet count analysis comparison(P > 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference, and prompt the control group after treatment complete blood count to improve is not obvious;Treatment group: the "hemoglobin" count analysis was compared(P BBB 0 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant, suggesting that the "hemoglobin" count improvement was not obvious after treatment group treatment.Comparison of "white blood cell" and "platelet count" analysis(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the "white blood cell" and "platelet" count improved after treatment.3.Karnofsky functional status score(KPS score)comparison. The KPS score of the treatment group was compared(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the KPS score was significantly improved after treatment. The comparison of KPS score in the control group(P BBB 0 0.05)showed no significant difference, indicating that the KPS score was not significantly improved after treatment in the control group.4.Safety index analysis.Treatment group: ALT,AST,BUN,Cr test index comparison(P BBB 0 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;Control group: ALT,AST,BUN,Cr test index comparison(P > 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference, two groups of P values were greater than 0.05,the treatment group and control group in the treatment of liver function, renal function,no significant adverse effects on the patients.Patients after medication, the control group and treatment group were no adverse reactions occurred,no special symptoms, before and after medication, routine urine examination, routine examination, electrocardiogram examination indicators before and after contrast,no significant differences.Research conclusion: flavored eight Jane decoction treatment of colorectal cancer two qi syndrome clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, which can effectively improve the two deficiency syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer clinical symptoms, reduce the patients pain and improve the patients quality of life.
