The Clinical Study On IBS-D(The Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) Treated With Sisi Guben Granule

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sisi Guben Granule on IBS-D(The Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type).Method:Random number table was used to divide 40 cases of 80 patients intotreatment group,the other 40 cases into the control group.The treatment group took Sisi Guben Granule,1 bag,tid,after meal.The control group was treated with Sishen Wan,6g,tid.During treatment,both groups should be given basic treatment on hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and other underlying diseases.Two groups of patients were treated for two weeks.After the treat ment,respectivelycollec values of two groups of patients before,during and after the TCM Syndrom Scale,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)for statistical analysis,summarize the total efficiency andblood routine?liver function?kidney function?electrocardiogram and other safety items.Results: 1?Total efficiency comparison:The treatment group was 97.5 %,the control group 77.5 %,(P<0.05).2?Comparison of TCM Syndrome Scale Integration:TCM Syndrome Scale Integration of two groups before treatment have no statistical difference(P>0.05);After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups have statistic ally difference(P<0.05);After treatment compared with Therapy,both groups have statistically difference(P<0.05);Treatment and after treatment,there are statistically difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).3?IBS-QOL scale score comparison:Before treatment,IBS-QOL scale score of two groups were relatively comparable(P>0.05);After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups have statistically difference(P<0.05);After treatment,there are statistically difference between the treatment group and the control group(P?0.05).4?SAS scale score comparison:SAS scale scores of two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05);After treatment compared with before,the treatment group have statistically difference(P<0.05)but the control group have no statistically difference(P?0.05);After treatment,there are statistically difference between the treatment group and the control group(P?0.05).4?SDS scale score comparison:SDS scale scores of two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05);After treatment compared with before treatment,two groups have statistically difference(P<0.05);After treatment,there are statis tically difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).5?Safety judgment: During the treatment,both groups have 1 patient with minor adverse reactions,but did not affect the continued medication.ECG,blood routine(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(CR,UREA)of two groups before and after treatment had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Sisi Guben Granlue and Sishen Wan are both safe and effective on Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea(The Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type).Through clinical observation we can find that:Sisi Guben Granlue can significantly improve symptoms of anxiety,effectively improve the TCM depressive symptoms and depressive symptoms of patie-nts,It also can make the patients live a better life.Above all,we think that Sisi Guben granule have wort hy of further clinical and experimental research.
