Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type With Phlegm Dampness Obstruction

Objective: The clinical therapeutic effect was observed by using the combination therapy of vertigo and combination therapy to treat the patients with phlegm of the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery.Methods:Selection in December 2015 to December 2016 in luoyang bonesetting hospital for treatment,and in line with the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(phlegmy wet resistance network card)inclusion criteria of a total of 62 cases of patients,it can be divided into two groups,the experimental group subjects were 31 cases,31 cases of control group subjects.Respectively the basic data of two groups of patients before treatment,two groups of cervical vertigo symptom and function score and TCM symptom scores,and the two groups of patients with vertebral artery colour to exceed to detect,record the vertebral artery,pulsation index,maximum velocity and minimum flow resistance index.The trial group gave the base treatment plus vertigo.The control group was given the treatment of the basic treatment + HCL.To 15 days for a period of treatment,and to assess the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups after treatment,and to observe and record the change of the two groups before and after the treatment efficacy of indicators,and after the treatment of all subjects keep 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence was observed,using statistical software.Results:Before treatment group and control group participants' gender,age,occupation distribution,course distribution,cervical vertigo symptom and function score and TCM symptom scores and vertebral artery maximum velocity and minimum velocity and pulse index by the statistical test,two groups of comparable(P > 0.05).After a course of treatment,clinical manifestations and the treatment group and control group in cervical vertigo function score and TCM symptom scores and vertebral artery maximum velocity and minimum velocity and pulse index andresistance index was improved markedly,the contrast the differences in the group with statistical significance(P < 0.05);In the two groups after treatment on cervical vertigo clinical manifestations and function score and vertebral artery maximum velocity and minimum velocity and pulse index and resistance index contrast between groups,results indicate the difference between the two groups was statistically insignificant(P > 0.05),the TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment compared between groups,prompt the difference was statistically significant;Comprehensive curative effect,experimental group were cured,7 cases(24.14%)patients with 21 cases(72.41%)patients get better without treatment in 1 case(3.45%)and control group were cured,2 cases(6.45%)patients had 27 cases(87.10%)patients got better,no healing in 2 cases(6.45%),by contrast,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Treatment after 3 months follow-up,experimental 0 cases of patients with recurrence(0%),4 cases(10.3%)and control group in patients with recurrence difference in relapse,the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05),Conclusion: Two different treatment can obviously relieve the discomfort of patients with clinically,in the cervical vertigo symptom and function score and vertebral artery,pulsation index,maximum velocity and minimum flow resistance index improved ways,two groups of curative effect,in the TCM symptom scores,the comprehensive curative effect and the recurrence rate,the experimental group is better than the control group.The combination therapy of vertiginous soup is reliable in the therapeutic effect of phlegm.
