Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Decompression Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Undermining Ecompression Cooperated With Low Back Muscle Exercise

Objective:To explore a treatment method of degeneratie lumbar spinal stenosis, evaluate the clinical curative effect and discuss some issues concerned.Methods:Select 68 cases who were treated in orthopaedic surgery for lumbar spinal stenosis disease patients form December 2003 to December 2009 in the first hospital affiliated the heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine, use uniform surgical method for treatment of preoperative and postoperative,3 months,1 year, the final follow-up JOA rating criteria by rating each period, compared with the recovery respectively. Postoperative lumbar spinal stability evaluation adopts white.on standards, through the lumbar hyperextension, judge flexor a scan of lumbar stability.Results:56 cases eventually get follow-up, using the procedure of SPSS 17.0 processing the preoperative and postoperative 3 months,1 year, the final follow-up scores. Preoperative JOA score averaged for 9.64 points. After 3 months average point is 24.38; 1 year after postoperative the average point is 24.50; The end time average point is 24.45. Statistical each follow-up excellent cases and good care for:excellent 37 cases.improvement 12 cases, medium 6 cases, invalid 1 case, the totle effective rate:87.5%. By t-test, after 3 months.1 year after operation,and the end score are significant difference form the preoperative score, each period of follow-up recovery no significant differences. No obvious lumbar spinal instability patients.Conclusion:Undermining decompression treatment lumbar spinal stenosis decompression of lumbar posterior fully, less structural damage, cooperate the Low back muscle exercise after the operation, it can maintain spinal stability and also can get the satisfying clinical curative effect.
