ObjectiveIn this study,the combination of knowledge,belief and behavior model and the theory of protection motivation were used to intervene the patients with diabetes in community,To:(1)improve diabetes KAP level(2)improve the self-care ability of patients with diabetes(3)improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes.MethodIn this study,we conducted a controlled trial,a random sampling method was used to select 60 patients with diabetes mellitus in a community in Wuhan to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Joint health education intervention for 15 weeks,before and after the intervention to complete the KAP questionnaire self-care ability scale and quality of life scale,and evaluation.Descriptive analysis,paired t test,rank sum test were used for statistical analysis.Result(1)The intervention study of drugs,diet,exercise,KAP scores in each dimension and the overall level of KAP scores were increased,four aspects of monitoring p<0.01,significant differences in the dimension of knowledge,basic knowledge score increased,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The overall prognosis of dry diet,object specific diet,exercise,monitoring,foot care,drug smoking overall scores of the six aspects of the self care ability and self-care ability were increased,p<0.01,with a significant difference.(3)The scores of the total score of quality of life and psychological and social relations in three aspects were lower,p<0.01,with a significant difference,physiological function and treatment score was slightly decreased and p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion(1)Combined health education significantly improved the level of knowledge and practice of community diabetes patients.(2)combined health education can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients with diabetes in community.(3)Combined health education significantly improved the quality of life of patients with diabetes in community. |
