Objective:This study used the video guide the rehabilitation training for the nonspecific low back pain college students,the purpose is to explore the effect of muscle strength training based on video of nonspecific low back pain college students.Methods:This experiment was a quasi experimental study,and the contrast was made before and after treatment.Through the questionnaire to investigate the low back pain students of a college school in Wuhan.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,following the principle of informed consent,30 people were selected to give the video-based rehabilitation training,and the video content included waist back muscle training and core muscle strength training.The video content are the methods of every action trai ning and precautions.Require each action to do 10 times for a group,each exercise for two groups,there are five minutes of rest time between two groups,weekly training 3 times,lasting 4 weeks.Before the experiment and after the experiment,all participants needed to be evaluated by the following evaluation method :the Visual Assessment Scale(VAS),the Oswestry disability index(ODI)questionnaire,Aberdeen low back pain scale,range of motion and muscle strength assessment.With SPSS 22.0 to deal with the experimental data.The comparison of the VAS,ODI,Aberdeen,range of motion and muscle strength were matched by paired T test.The basic situation of nonspecific low back pain students used descriptive statistics,set P<0.05 for statistically significant,P<0.01 stand for a significant difference.Results:(1)A total of 605 valid questionnaires were collected in the low back pain questionnaire,251 of them has low back pain accounted for the total number of 41.49%.Among the 251,there are 125 boys and 126 girls,the proportion nearly 1:1.The comparison of age and sex between low back pain and non-back pain were statistically significant.But comparison of the family location and BMI were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The data statistic results of the interven ing object show that 11 students sit more than 8 hours per day,accounted for 36.67%.96.67% of people think that their low back pain mainly due to prolonged sitting.(3)The VAS,ODI,Aberdeen evaluation scale the experimental subjects before and after the intervention were paired with two sample t test,VAS(t =11.49,P<0.01),ODI(t=10.49,P<0.01),Aberdeen low back pain Evaluation scale(t=6.81,P <0.01).The scores of VAS,ODI questionnaire and Aberdeen scale were lower than before intervention and P<0.01,there were significant differences.(3)The range of motion,muscle strength of the intervening subjects was increased before the intervention,and the P<0.01,and there were significant differences.Conclusion:The video guidence can reduce the scores of VAS,ODI,Aberdeen score,the video guidence can increase range of montion,muscle strength and endurance,so the training method video guidance can significantly promote the rehabilitation of college students with non-specific low back pain,reduce the pain,enhance the ability of daily life,increase their low back muscle strength,and range of motion.
