Objective:To explore the changes and significance of neurotensin over the plasma and the terminal ileitis tissue in the experimental terminal ileitis.Methods:90 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,control group,suture group,model group.there were different dispose on these rats.The rats in control group ware given celiac anesthesia.The rats in suture group were sutured in terminal ileum.Respectly while the rats in model group were given ileum-caecum side-to-side intestinal anatomists.ten rats of each group were put to death after 2 4and 8 weaks,then collecting the the plasma and the terminal ileitis tissue.we observed the tissues with naked eyes first and then were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining under the electron microscope.Neurotensin over the plasma and the terminal ileitis tissue were measured by ELISA.Results:1.Gross pathological score and electron microscope score of the terminal ileitis tissue at 2 4and 8 weeks after operation.In the same period,the difference in gross pathological and electron microscope score of three groups had statistical significance(gross pathological(F2W=125.100,P2W<0.001;F4W=171.955,P4W<0.001;F8W=353.250,P8W<0.001;electron microscope:F2W=293.557,P2W<0.001;F4W=227.706,P4W<0.001;F8W=473.497,P8W<0.001).The mucosal tissue of suture group and model group was observed hyperemic and edematous,two weeks after operation,besides neutrophil infiltration was seen obviously.The mucosal tissue of model group was observed hyperemic and shallow ulcer,two weeks after operation,besides leukomonocyte infiltration was seen obviously.Characterized by chronic inflammation,8 weeks after operation,The mucosa and submucosa of model group was infiltrated by Lymphocytes and monocytes.2.Level of NT in plasma at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation.In the same period,the difference of NT level in plasma between three groups had statistical significance(F2W=113.735,P2W<0.001;F4W=685.848,P4W<0.001;F8W=1255.467,P8W<0.001).The difference between NT level in plasma of The SD rats of model group at different periods had statistical significance(F2-4-8w=40.422,P2-4-8w<0.001).3.Level of NT in the terminal ileitis tissue at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation.In the same period,the difference of NT level in the terminal ileitis tissue between three groups had statistical significance(F2W=236.777,P2W<0.001;F4W=545.675,P4W<0.001;F8W=1711.943,P8W<0.001).The difference between NT level in the terminal ileitis tissue of The SD rats of model group at different periods had statistical significanc(F2-4-8w=48.496,P2-4-8w<0.001).4.Correlation analysis that the level of NT in the terminal ileitis tissue and in plasma and inflammation of the terminal ileitis tissue is the level of NT in the terminal ileitis tissue and in plasma of experimental terminal ileitis has a positive relationship with inflammation?r=0.920,0.937,P<0.001?.Conclusions:1.The level of NT in the terminal ileitis tissue and in plasma of experimental terminal ileitis has a positive relationship with inflammation.2.The level of NT in plasma would be anindicator monitoring the inflammation of the terminal ileitis.
