Moxibustion Combined With Two Chen Decoction For Patients With Lung Cancer Of Phlegm Type Observation On The Quality Of Life Of Chemotherapy

Objective:Observation of moxibustion combined with two Decoction in phlegm dampness type in patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy survival quality,nutrition index,symptom improvement,to investigate the effect of reduce the toxicity and improve the quality of life.Method:The experimental design was designed with a randomized,single blind,placebo-controlled trial.60 patients were divided into 2 groups.In the control group,30 cases were treated with conventional methods during the chemotherapy.A comparative study was carried out for the treatment of 3 courses(12 weeks).30 cases of test group during chemotherapy with conventional methods symptomatic treatment,combined treatment with moxibustion combined with two decoction.The 2 groups of KPS scores,toxic and side effects,nutritional status and so on were observed.Result:1.before treatment,the two groups of subjects were compared with each of the TCM syndromes,and P>0.05 was obtained.There was no obvious difference between the two groups in the TCM syndrome.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups except for the symptoms of hair loss before and after treatment.All other syndromes were statistically different(P<0.05).The wheezing,cough,syndrome,P = 0.045,0.047,0.042(P<0.05).2.,before and after treatment,in the hair loss index,after analysis,the P value was 0.067,P>0.05,it can be seen that there is no difference.3.before treatment,two groups in body weight,increase serum albumin(ALb),serum albumin(PA),serum hemoglobin(Hb),serum transferrin(TPF)between the two groups were comparable(P>0.05);after treatment,the experimental group subjects in weight,increase serum albumin(ALb),serum albumin(PA),serum hemoglobin(Hb),serum transferrin(TPF)were compared with before treatment,P analysis has a value of 0.047,0.042,0.044,0.043,0.046,P value of less than 0.05,visible difference.Conclusion:1.two decoction can obviously improve moxibustion combined with phlegm dampness type in patients with advanced lung cancer,lassitude,nausea and vomiting,anorexia and phlegm syndrome.2.in the improvement of alopecia syndrome,moxibustion combined with two Chen Tang did not show the advantage.3.for patients with symptoms of moxibustion combined with two decoction can play a significant role in mitigation,this mechanism may be to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,increase body weight,increase serum albumin(ALb),serum albumin(PA),serum hemoglobin(Hb),serum transferrin(TPF).During the chemotherapy of patients with advanced lung cancer phlegm type implementation of moxibustion combined with two decoction treatment,not only can reduce the adverse effects of chemotherapy,alleviate the symptoms,but also can promote the quality of life improvement.
