Effect Of Huangqi Yishen Granule On Quality Of Life Of Patients With Maintenance Hemodialysis Of Spleen - Kidney Deficiency

ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Huangqi Yishen Granule on the quality of life of patients with maintenance hemodialysis?MHD?.To explore the safety,efficacy and possible mechanism of the formulation in the field of KDQOL-SF^TM1.3 in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type MHD patients.For the Astragalus Yishen granules clinical application and further promotion to provide more evidences.MethodsCollected in May 2016 to October 2016 in Guangdong escond traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Nephrology outpatient and inpatient spleen and kidney deficiency type MHD patients in 60 cases.Were randomly divided into two groups:the control group of 30 cases,to conventional hemodialysis and Western medicine conventional treatment;experimental group of 30 cases,in the control group based on the combination of Astragalus Yishen granules oral treatment.Two groups were treated for two courses,one course of treatment for 2 months.The changes of the scores of KDQOL-SF^TM1.3 scale in the two groups before and after treatment for 2 months and after 4 months were compared and analyzed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in the scores of KDQOL-SFTM1.3scores between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?.After treatment,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were improved,and the scores of Physical Function,Role-Physical,Bodily Pain,Energy,Social Function and Symptom problem List were higher than those of the control group?P<0.05?.In the two groups,the scores of Physical Function,Role-Physical,Bodily Pain,Energy,Social Function,Symptom problem List and Cognitive function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after 2 months of treatment and 4 months after treatment,which was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compared with the control group,the scores of Bodily Pain,Energy and Symptom problem List in the four months after treatment were better than those in the control group?P<0.05?.In the control group,the score of Energy was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?after 4 months of treatment.ConclusionHuangqi Yishen Granule can improve the quality of life of patients by improving the scores of Physical Function,Role-Physical,Bodily Pain,Energy,Social Function,Symptom problem List and Cognitive function in MHD patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.Astragalus Yishen Granule is an effective prescription to improve the quality of life of spleen and kidney deficiency type MHD patients,and long-term efficacy is stable,worthy of clinical promotion.
