Diagnosis And Treatment Of Micro Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of micro hepatic cellular carcinoma(MHCC).Methods:A total of 54 cases of MHCC(including minimally invasive treatment)were collected from 2007 to 2016 in the Huaian first hospital of nanjing medical university.The characteristics of early diagnosis and treatment of MHCC were analyzed and compared with non MHCC and analyze the early diagnosis and treatment characteristics of MHCC.Results:1?The diagnosis of MHCC mainly depends on the combination of hepatitis B history,AFP testing,imaging and/or liver biopsy pathology;2?There are more MHCC with low positive serum AFP level,accounting for 31.5%.3?Compared with Non-MHCC,MHCC has the characteristics of less bleeding,shorter hospitalization time,lower medical cost and so on.Conclusion:1?The diagnosis of MHCC mainly depends on the combination of hepatitis B history,AFP testing,imaging and/or liver biopsy pathology;2?There are more MHCC with low positive serum AFP level,accounting for 31.5%.3?Compared with Non-MHCC,MHCC treatment preferred minimally invasive treatment.The MHCC located in the central or the right liver is better for treated with partial ablation under imaging guidance;On the edge and the left lobe of the liver MHCC,the preferred laparoscopic hepatectomy,recommended for the gold standard surgery?...
