Objective:Evaluation of the feasibility of microwave ablation in treating breast benign mass.Methods:Microwave ablation of mammary gland masses after percutaneous needle biopsy of the patients in the group and follow-up of postoperative outpatients.Results:A total of 22 lesions in 20 patients were treated with microwave ablation whic h is the preoperative hollow needle biopsy confirmed that all lesions were beni gn.Median ablation time of microwave ablation for 60s(40s-150s).No pain in 16 cases,mild pain in 4 cases and moderate pain in 2 patients are during abla tion.The follow-up of 1 week postoperatively or 3 months contrast echocardiogr aphy showed that all lesions were completely ablation.Induration can be reac hed after 17 cases followed 1 weeks postoperatively.After six months of follow-up visits to 10 lesions,the contrast agent no filling area by 1 weeks after the operation 20.77mmą7.027 to 17.8mmą4.315.Conclusion:Microwave ablation for benign nodules is safe and reliable,has good cosmetic effect and is worth popularizing and using.
