Comparative Study On The Diagnosis Value Of Nonspecific Mastitis Breast By X-ray And Ultrasonography

Objective To retrospectively analysis the result of nonspecific mastitis diagnosed by mammography and color Doppler's ultrasonic and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the two inspection methods.To improve the diagnosis accuracy of nonspecific mastitis as well as the ability to identify with Breast cancer.Methods 31 cases of nonspecific mastitis from January 2012 to December 2015 were examined by mammography and color Doppler' s ultrasonic.In all cases mastitis were punctured by biopsy or surgery,and confirmed by pathology.The two methods both evaluate the lesions nature by adopting Breast Imaging reporting and Data System.If the results are BI-RADS 4A?BI-RADS 3 and BI-RADS 2,the malignant possibility is low,that is Optimum or possible.If the results are BI-RADS 4B?BI-RADS 4C and BI-RADS 5,we can consider the lesion to be moderately malignant,malignant further.The hypothesis is inconsistent with the pathological findings.Results The coincidence rates between mammography and pathology,between color Doppler's ultrasonic and pathology were 64.5%and 67.7%respectively.The coincidence rate between the combined mammography and pathology,between color Doppler's ultrasonic and pathology were 87.1%.There were no statistically significant differences between the two separate inspection methods(P>0.05).By comparing the two separate inspection results,the combined results and the pathological findings with X2,the P value is smaller than 0.05,there were marked differences and statistical significance.Conclusion Mammography and color Doppler's ultrasonic have their own advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of nonspecific mastitis,and were easy to be confused with Breast cancer.the accuracy of the evaluation result is nothigh.Combining mammography with ultrasonography can improve the accuracy of unspecific mastitis diagnosis and the abilitify to identify Breast cancer.
