Clinical Efficacy Of Breast Tumor Plastic Surgery In The Treatment Of Early Breast Cancer

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of breast tumor plastic surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods:Review our hospital in April 2008?June 2016 admitted to 37 cases of early breast cancer patients,according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group,control group of 22 patients,the implementation of the current mainstream of regular breast-feeding surgery.Observation group of 15 cases,the implementation of plastic surgery.Comparison of two groups of patients with excellent cosmetic rate of treatment satisfaction.Resules:The excellent and good rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.33%and the treatment satisfaction was 93.33%.The excellent and good rate of the patients in the control group was 54.54%and the treatment satisfaction was 68.18%.The difference between the two groups was significant.In addition,the complication rate in observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than that in control group(27.27%).Conclusion:To give early breast cancer patients breast surgery plastic breast conserving surgery can improve the clinical efficacy,more in line with the needs of modern patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
