Objective:To assess the value of 99Tcm-Tetrofosmin?TF?MPI for the diagnosis of CHD.Methods:A total of 73 patients?mean age 61.16± 12.951 years,46 males,27 females?were included in this study.All of the patients received 99Tcm-Tetrofosmin myocardial perfusion imaging and CAG?Coronary arteriongraphy?.The rest 99Tcm-Tetrofosmin myocardial perfusion imaging was performed on the first day,and the Stress?exercise stress or adenosine stress?99Tcm-Tetrofosmin myocardial perfusion imaging was performed on the next day.Coronary angiography?CAG?was performed in each patient within one week after myocardial perfusion imaging.The results of them were compared.Results:1.Among the 73 patients,43 patients were CAG positive,among which 32?74.4%?had a abnormal myocardial perfusion imaging and 11?25.6%?normal;30 out of 73 patients had normal CAG,myocardial perfusion imaging was abnormal in 5?16.7%?patients and normal in 25?83.3%?.2.The sensitivity and specifity of 99Tcm-Tetrofosmin myocardial perfusion imaging for detection of coronary artery disease were 74.4%and 83.3%respectively.3.The diagnostic sensitivity of single branch,two branch and three coronary artery lesions were 66.7%?18/27?,80%?8/10?,83.3?5/6?,respectively.4.99Tcm-Tetrofosmin for the diagnosis of vascular lesions in the diagnosis of vascular disease with the sensitivity of 67.7%?44/65?,specificity 89%?137/154?.Conclusion:99Tcm-Tetrofosmin myocardial perfusion imaging is an accurate method for deecting coronary artery disease,furthermore the imaging agent is conveniently prepared and reliable.
