Clinical Study Of Muscle Stretching Technology Combined With Acupuncture Treatment On Piriformis Syndrome

Purpose:This topic through the adoption of combining the muscle stretching technology with acupuncture treatment,in-depth clinical observation and comprehensive analysis of the results of piriformis syndrome the clinical curative effect of the patients,to explore an effective treatment,which will combine rehabilitation therapy with acupuncture to provid better clinical application,improve efficiency and benefit patients.Methods:The study plan will meet the inclusion criteria of 65 patients,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(33 cases):the use of acupuncture combined with muscle stretching technology for treatment.Control group(32 cases):treatment with acupuncture.A total of 5 patients in the course of treatment due to different reasons off,the final treatment group were actually treated in 30 cases,The control group of 30 patients in the actual treatment.Daily treatment 1,6 for a course of treatment,treatment for each treatment after 1 day,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy standard table(according to the "Chinese medicine new drug clinical research guidelines" as the integration criteria to determine the data collected,according to pain,lower extremity radiation pain,tenderness,limp,affect sleep,piriformis tension test six aspects of treatment(VAS),the data were collected and the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.The data were analyzed by visual analogue scale(VAS).results:There were no significant differences in the sex,age and course of the two groups.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,p= 0.039<0.05,the treatment group The effective rate was 86.67%,the effective rate was 76.67%in the control group,indicating that the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.The VAS data were statistically Learning test,p = 0.037<0.05,the treatment group pain relief is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Muscular stretching technique combined with acupuncture therapy for the papillary muscle syndrome,the overall clinical efficacy,better than the application of acupuncture alone.2.Muscle stretching technology with acupuncture therapy for pain relief has a better clinical efficacy,significant analgesic effect.
