Purpose: Establish coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia model of rats,observe the expression and influence of the sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles in coronary heart disease(CHD)model rats electrocardiogram(ecg),myocardial cell pathological and peripheral blood mononuclear cells of TLR4 / nf-kappa B protein.Observe and record after sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles of coronary heart disease model rats of electrocardiogram(ecg)changes in value,serum cholesterol and triglyceride values and the change of serum levels of LDH and MDA content,provide experimental basis for sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles of coronary heart disease(CHD)and particles,thus proving sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles in the treatment of coronary heart disease have a certain role.Method: Take 60 healthy male wister rats,and randomly divided into 6 groups,model group,blank control group,traditional Chinese medicine control group,sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles of high,medium and low dose group,10 in each group.Before the building and after intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin in 24 h for the third times,connecting the Thai unita e + BL-420 biological function experimental system after the anesthesia of the animals.Record the amplitude(mv)of ? lead ecg ST segment and T wave changes(higher or lower).Caused by coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia model of rats after the champions league by spectrophotometer method to observe and record the coronary heart disease(CHD)LDH and MDA content in serum of rats and serum cholesterol and triglyceride values influence.Take proper amount of left ventricular myocardial tissue at the apex,precool myocardial tissue and the aorta with 0.9% sodium chloride injection,and use filter paper after moisture absorption,fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution.By pathological examination,observe the sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles effects on rat myocardial cell morphology.Use flow cytometry to detect the particles in the rat peripheral blood mononuclear cells TLR4 / nf-kappa B protein expression.Result: The sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles in coronary heart disease(CHD)rat ecg ST segment and the effect of each group after injection of pituitrin in rats,in J point displacement,returning after 15 s,5 min has yet to return to the level before injection of pituitrin.Model group changes point in time J obviously higher than that of normal control group;Bolted vein bolus group,sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles high,medium and low dose group Point J changes each time was significantly lower than the model control group.Compared with control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);Model group rats T wave changes point is significantly higher than normal control group.Bolted vein bolus group,2 refs particles high,medium and low dose group of T wave changes point in time was significantly lower than the model control group.sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles effect on coronary heart disease in rats serum LDH and MDA,model group rats serum LDH activity and MDA significantly higher than that of normal control group,bolted vein bolus group,2 particles high,medium and low dose group of LDH and MDA activity were significantly lower than the model control group,and the sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles lowest dose.sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles high dose group can reduce serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels,compared with model group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2 and particles of high,medium and low dose group of coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia model of rat myocardial cells plays a protective role,and there are significant differences compared with model group.Coronary heart disease(CHD)in the rat peripheral blood mononuclear cells TLR4 / nf-kappa B protein expression is significantly higher than healthy controls.Conclusion: Sang and the root of red-rooted salvia particles characteristics of coronary heart disease to the myocardial ischemia rats has a good therapeutic effect.
