Objective:1.By using flow cytometry to detect platelet-derived particles expression level in the patients of undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),the aim was to investigate its association with platelet-derived particles and acute thrombotic events.2.We are to compare the difference of platelet-derived particles expression level in the patients of segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)within twelve hours and one week after anti-thrombosis therapy,to explore whether it may be an new marker in acute cardiovascular events and thrombotic events that tend to stable and effective antithrombotic therapy. Methods: we admitted 215 patients who suspected coronary heart disease from September 2016 to March 2017,to receive coronary angiography in the Cardiology of NO.9 people's hospital affiliated to Shanghai jiaotong university. They are divided into coronary angiography negative conrtol group(Control,52 cases),stable angina(SAP,39 cases),Non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS,85 cases)include unstable angina(UA,61 cases)and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction group(NSTEMI,24 cases),ST segment elevation myocardial infarction group(STEMI,39 cases).PMP were measured in all patients with before undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions(PCI)in the first 24 hours admission, for STEMI 12 hours, and one week after antithrombosis therapy in the patients of STEMI group. Results: 1?Logistic regression analysis showed platelet(OR=1.011,95%CI:1.003-1.020,P<0.05)and male(OR=10.824,95%CI:2.642-44.343,P<0.05)were probably an independent risk factor for STEMI.2?The PMP level of the control group was significantly lower than NSTE-ACS and STEMI group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant. However, there is no statistical difference between SAP group and control group.Among the SAP?NSTE-ACS and STEMI group, the count of PMP was gradually increasing.a greater number of platelet microparticles is detected in NSTE-ACS than that in SAP,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.PMP level of STEMI group was increasing than that of SAP group, after antithrombotic and percutaneous coronary intervention therapy, the PMP level of STEMI patients decreased significantly,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:The number of platelet and male were probably an independent risk factor for STEMI.Among the SAP?NSTE-ACS and STEMI group, the count of PMP was gradually increasing.PMP level of STEMI group was increasing than that of SAP group, after antithrombotic and percutaneous coronary intervention the PMP level of STEMI patients decreased significantly,it means PMP is related to acute cardiovascular event clearly, and it may be an new marker in acute cardiovascular events and thrombotic events that tend to stable and effective antithrombotic therapy.
