| Purpose: With modern life coming,changes have happened to people’s working pressure,diatury habit and lifestyle.And tendency of population also have been shown.All elements above can increase morbidity of brain.So the deep research of brain disease have been the focus of modern medical researchers.Fortunaly,a hypothesis "toxin damaging luo of brain" become a great sally port of TCM improving the ability of treating desease of blood vessel of brain.But there were many exprients and clinic study while lacking documents of study in recent years.So I consult and sort historical documents.I hope to grasp the theory and inherit it deeply.Method: This article belongs to the catagory of literature research will expond views according to the method of inference,analysis,summary.The part of ancient times mainly according to "The Chinese Medical" called gestational period.It is expounded from three aspects of toxin,brain,luo.The part of modern times mainly according to the documents of Library of Jilin Province,the School Library,CNKI and Wanfangdata.The part of mediaeval times is called bud period.This part study the relevant theory about hypothesis’ s influence on treating exogenous disease and it’s clinic applications.The part of modern times is called development period.This part study from four aspects of hypothesis’ s propose,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment and medicine formulas.The last part is summary according to the expound of three period above and do further analysis to the hypothesis,deepen the understanding of the theory and it’s development.Result: I come to the conclusion that the study of toxin,brain,luo in ancient times found a theoretical foundation of the hypothesis through sorting datas.In mediaeval times,the hypothesis formed through exogenous disease treatment practice and guide the treatment to symptoms like delirious speech,mad,spasm.In modern times,the propose of hypothesis and it’s development widen the treatment and applications of "toxin damaging luo of brain",deepen the discussion of theory so that it can serve scientific research,teaching,clinic better,and verify the scientific and the feasibility of clinical practice of the theory. |
