The Clinical Observation Of Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction With Cowherb Seed Hole Method On The Treatment Of Children Tourette Syndrome

Purpose: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction with Cowherb seed hole method on the treatment of Child Tourette Syndrome.Method: In children with tourette syndrome of children as the research object,from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics,children are included in the standard,in cases of 63 cases,set up a Chinese medicine control group,a treatment group of Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment,another treatment group of Chinese medicine with Cowherb seed hole method,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for tutor professor Sun Liping from Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction add and subtract,observe its curative effect,to a week for a period of treatment,observation of 3 period of treatment.Result: Through the clinical curative effect observation and evaluation of 63 cases,carries on the comparison between groups,including traditional Chinese medicine control group: a total of 30 cases were cured 2 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,effective 12 cases,5 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%;Treatment group 1: a total of 3patients were cured 1 case,1 case had marked effect,1 case effectively,0 no effect,because the sample size is small,without statistical significance;Treatment groups 2: a total of 30 patients were cured 4 cases,18 cases were markedly effective,6 cases,2 cases failed.The total effective rate was 93.33%.And no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Adjustable Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction with Cowherb seed hole method to treat infantile tourette syndrome clinical curative effect,non-toxic side effects,is superior to pure Chinese medicine treatment,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group,due to the low degree of acupuncture children and their parents accept,compliance is poor,so the sample size is small,no statistical significance,because the Cowherb seed hole method can replace acupuncture in pediatrics,to fully give play to the role of meridians and acupoints of special treatment,for pediatric clinical treatment provides a more convenient and easy to accept new external treatment.
