As two of the most widely used biomaterials,silk fibroin(SF)and carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)have been synthesized and used in many studies to produce biofilms or scaffolds,Mainly because both have better cell compatibility,biodegradability and non-toxic characteristics.In the previous study,carboxymethyl chitosan and silk fibroin were mixed into porous biological scaffolds,combined with the different mechanical and biological properties of the two,to prepare a bionic extracellular matrix of biological stent,more conducive to cell growth,(CMCS)were prepared by mixing fresh silk fibroin solution / silk protein nanofibers(SF / SN)= 15: 1,and the porous bio-scaffolds were prepared by freeze-drying method.The scaffolds were then cross-linked with EDC-NHS-methanol solution to prepare a scaffold with nanofiber microstructures and protein-polysaccharide complexes similar to the extracellular matrix and insoluble in water.The results showed that SF / CMCS mixed stent had good porosity and thermostability,and the results showed that the SF / CMCS mixed stent had good porosity and thermostability.The results showed that SF / CMCS mixed stent had good porosity,Sex,swelling rate,and in the CMCS / SF = 1: 4 when the stent is most conducive to cell proliferation.On the basis of the above experiment,different proportions of stents were implanted into SD rats subcutaneously,and removed at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks,sliced,stained,immunohistochemistry,mason and HE staining,Vascular growth and inflammatory cell infiltration,the use of SPASS statistical software,the average of the data set using a one-way variance.The results showed that the number of inflammatory cells and blood vessels increased gradually with time,which was statistically significant.In summary,SF / CMCS mixed stent has good biological compatibility,with a certain repair soft tissue potential. |
