Objective:To explore the T2 mapping features?range of T2 value and the value of diagnosis in the spinal tuberculosis combined T2 relaxation time mapping with the conventional Magnetic resonance imaging.Methods: 25 cases of spinal tuberculosis of case group with 50 vertebral,60 vertebrae by normal control group and 60 adjacent lesions of vertebral body by self-contra.T2 values were measured for each of the vertebral of the T2 mapping with MR 8 echo FSE sequence of 1.5T and statistical analysis.Results: Vertebra and paravertebral cold abscess on T2 mapping are shown as mixed of red,green and blue.The mean T2 value of the lesion vertebral?the surrounding lesions and normal vertebral is(110.32±13.84)ms?(70.06±9.03)ms?(77.29±4.19)ms,respectively.The lesion vertebral between adjacent normal vertebral lesions and control group statistical significantly,P <0.05,respectively.Conclusion: The T2 relaxation time mapping can provide valuable information with spinal tuberculosis from a quantitative point and useful to detection it earlier. |
