Construction And Application Of An Information Platform Of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Management For Maternal Women

ObjectiveTo improve the compliance of maternal pelvic floor rehabilitation management by online and offline service of the information platform for peri-natal women.MethodsA 2-version information platform(APP)was designed and constructed.The public-version of APP provided peri-natal women with education information,service appointment,process control,interactive communication,follow-up,and the staff-version provided medical staff with user administration,equipment management,academic exchange,staff training and data statistics.The platform was run during March to May in 2017.ResultsDuring the period,8243 women were registered into the platform and 3967 pelvic floor related questionnaires were completed.Health information had been read for 4443 times by the registered women in this platform.Compare to 2016 before application of the platform,The screening rate of postpartum women and the usage rate of rehabilitation equipment were significantly higher(?2=397.95,p<0.001,?2=1305.79,p<0.001)while the dropout rate of the women was significantly lower(?2=57.57,p<0.001).The overall appraisal of the platform was 4.47±0.61 out of 5.ConclusionsThe information platform(APP)of pelvic floor rehabilitation management for maternal women sets up a scientific and systematic channel for improving compliance of prenatal women and administration efficacy,meanwhile accumulates plenty of clinical data for further scientific research.
