| In recent years, the study of nanoparticles is very active, especially the integration of diagnosis and treatment of functional nanomaterials has become the most active field of nano research. In the application of these multifunctional nanoparticles,near-infrared(NIR)light triggered photoacoustic(PA)imaging and photothermal therapy(PTT)would be minimally or non-invasive theranostic modality. Therefore,we hope to integrate the corresponding functional nanoparticles in a relatively simple way to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of tumor. In view of ferrous sulfide nanoparticles(FeS-NPs)with high NIR absorption coefficient and ferromagnetism,we plan to employ one-pot albumin-based biomineralization approach to synthesize a one-for-all FeS-NPs and test its characterization, then link doxorubicin(DOX)on its surface. Finally,we establish animal models of tumor for PA/MR imaging and thermo-chemotherapy-synergized applied research. The resulting FeS-NPs exhibit simple structure, excellent biocompatibility, intense stability, high tumor targeting.FeS-NPs with good NIR absorption property and nice ferromagnetism for multimodal imaging features including ultrasensitivity and precise anatomical localization. And linking doxorubicin(DOX)on its surface, the nanoparticle shows a strong pH-response.Meanwhile,for multimodal imaging,it has the characteristics of high sensitivity and good targeting, and can completely eliminate tumor cells in the treatment of thermoradiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. In summary,we fabricated a one-for-all nanoparticle through an optimized biomineralization process, and explored its applications in tumor multimodal imaging and thermo-chemotherapy-synergized therapy. The multifunctional nanoparticle would have promising potentials in the field of cancer theranostics. |
