Objective:To investigate the expression of cox-2 in lung cancer, and explore the correlation between the expression level of cox-2 and clinical pathological classification of lung cancer, status of lymph node metastasis and blood vascular invasion. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of COX-2 in 125 lung cancer as well as adjacent noncancerous tissues. The results were analyzed using Stata 15.0 and SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results:Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that high expression of cox-2 was expressed in lung cancer cell cytoplasm and cell membrane, and low or no expression in the corresponding adjacent tissues. The cox-2 expression of the cancer metastatic to the lymph nodes is consistent with the original focal point. When the cancer cell invades the circulatory system, the cancer cell or the cancer nest can be found in the vasculature in the pericarcinous tissue. The statistical analysis shows the following points:(1)The expression of cox-2 is closely related to the pathology of lung cancer. The expression of cox-2 in lung adenocarcinoma(positive rate 59.76%)was significantly higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma(positive rate 40.24%).(2)In the case of cox-2,the pathology of the tumor can also affect the transfer and aggressive approach.Lymph node metastasis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma is 2.232 times that of the pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma, but obviously will be susceptible to exclude the interference of age and sex. However, squamous cell carcinoma of the lungs seems to be more likely to break into the blood vessels of pericarcinous tissues, and this state is four times as much as lung adenocarcinoma,is not subject to age or gender.(3)The positive expression of cox-2 affects cancer cells to invade vessels of pericarcinous tissues and lymph nodes that is lung adenocarcinoma rather than lung squamous cellcarcinomaConclusions:The pathological type of tumor can significantly affect cancer cells invading lymph nodes and the blood vessels of pericarcinous tissues. In lung adenocarcinoma, positive expression of cox-2 significantly affect cancer cells to metastasize the lymph nodes and the cancer cells and the infiltration of the tissue...
