Objective With the continuous improvement of economic level, people also put forward higher requirements for aesthetics.Dental implant as a way to repair the missed teeth, because it can repair cases that fixed or active denture can not repair with. And doing less harm to local teeth and achieving a comfortable, beautiful effect.Taking more and more people's attention, and become the first choice of people to repair the missed teeth.Anterior teeth in the aesthetic area, the lack of anterior teeth not only have respect to people's lives inconvenience, but also brought great trouble to patients social and psychological.Adequate bone is the basis of implant,it is not only a necessary condition for synosteosis, but also plays an important role in aesthetic effects of implants. The maxillary anterior teeth in special anatomical location.Anterior teeth are ofen lost because of periodontal disease, trauma, pulp disease. And most of the bone with bone absorption, low bone density,it brings a great chanllenge to implant of the anterior teeth. To study the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration combined with bone condensing in implantation of single-tooth in anterior maxilla. Methods All of 19 patients with single-tooth loss in anterior maxilla and bone defect were selected from September 2014 to July 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and implanted 19 implants.GBR and bone condensing were used to improve bone defect in the surgery area, and the implants were implanted in the same period.Stage II surgeries were done 4~6 months later. After 2weeks,completed dental crown restoration when the recovery of gingival. Then telled patients to take CBCT or dental film to observe the soft and hard tissue and the osseointegration of the implants at 3 months later,6 months later and 12 months later respectively. Results All the 19 implants in 19 patients were all firm and the patients were satisfied with the effect of implants, dental implants had a success rate of up to 100%.After 6 months of implantation, the height of alveolar bone tends to be stable, and the absorption is less than 1mm in one year. The mean width of the lip to palate in the 1mm below the alveolar ridge was(3.3±0.20)mm,the average width of the postoperative alveolar crest was(6.7±0.25)mm after 4~6 months, and the difference was statistically significant(t=75.48,P<0.05).The patients were satisfied with the effect after implantation. Conclusions GBR combined with bone condensing can effectively solve the problem of bone defect in the implantation area, and has achieved good clinical results in repairing single-tooth in anterior maxilla and broadened the indications of implant.
