Speaking is a major way of human communication, the vibration state of the human throat vocal cords is the important influence factor of the individual sound effect, and it is important to understand the vibration state of the vocal cords under different states.Vocal vibration is a complex three-dimensional vibration process. When the vocal cord lesions, throat muscles and organs affect normal vocal cord vibration, which is so difficult to detect the microscopic details of these effects that the microscopic details of these effects are difficult to detect, and the analysis of the vocal vibration results is a better way to detect vocal cords.Combined with high-speed camera technology and machine vision processing, this paper presents a method for obtaining the average vibration velocity and amplitude of vocal cords when vocal cords are continuously vibrated, the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Introduced the structure of the human body vocal cord, the sound of the working principle, common vocal cord disease, and the existing vocal cord diagnosis means.2.With the help of a professional laryngeal surgeon,a dynamic image sequence of the vocal cords vibrating process was obtained with a complete set of high-speed photography systems on our own.3.By the methods of image preprocessing and shielding invalid area,we reduce the complexity of follow-up processing, and improve processing efficiency. The contours of the vocal cords were obtained and the average rate and amplitude of the vocal cords were calculated at the critical points.4.The vibration states of the vocal cords on the patients with different vocal cord diseases were compared and the difference information of the both sides of the vocal cords were obtained and analyzed. The experimental results show that this method realizes the quantification of the vocal motion in the high-speed vibration process, and can provide effective reference information for the clinical diagnosis of the relevant laryngeal surgeons.
