Based on the classification system of Sichuan province as the research object,first of all in health service system in the WHO’s six module theory as the theoretical framework the grading system,combined with the theory of hierarchical diagnosis affect the mechanism of action of medical institutions and health resource utilization efficiency,think grading diagnosis and treatment by improving the infrastructure medical tendency and improve the service quality,change patients experience can improve the efficiency of grassroots medical institutions resource utilization;It can improve the efficiency of hospital health resources by alleviating the pressure of hospital operation,strengthening doctors’ and patients’ referral intention.Secondly,from the service supply,management,planning,financing and payment,security,medicine,equipped with personnel and information sharing from six aspects of the classification system of Sichuan province analyzes the specific policies and measures,summed up the classification system of Sichuan province’s achievements,problems and causes;A DEA model was constructed using the 2013-2015 health data of Sichuan province to evaluate the efficiency of health resources in all levels and 21 cities.Finally,according to the empirical results and of the operation situation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of Sichuan province,from to improve service quality,enhance the hospital power infrastructure,optimizing the structure of Sichuan province health input and change residents medical ideas from four aspects to obtain,to perfect the classification system of Sichuan province put forward feasible Suggestions.
