Objective:To study the anti-tumor effect of a new immune antibody for glioma immunization therapy.Methods:A bifunctional antibody mab806-?IL-10?2,heterodimer were constructed.The purity and function of the heterodimer were verify.Eventually,its anti-tumor effects were evaluated in mouse syngenic tumor modelss.Results:The mab806-?IL-10?2,heterodimer has good expression characteristics and molecular activity,could bind tumor antigen andinhibit tumor growth effectively in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:By constructing new immune antibody for glioma,its biology activity and therapeutic effect wereconfirmed.Itcould be further developed as a anti-tumor drug systematically and combined with traditional surgery or chemoradiotherapy to increasing the overall survivability of glioma patients.This result provides new research strategy and candidate drugs for developing new generation of glioma drugs,which is innovative in the area. |
