Wuxi Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Prevalence And Risk Factors Of Research

Objective To explore the wuxi nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases,NAFLD)prevalence and risk factors.Methods Selected from January 2015 to December 2015,complete with data of community health service center in the medical,hospital of 2046 adults over the age of 18,among which 1208 were male,female 838 cases,the sex ratio of 1.44:1,the average age(56±25).Through questionnaire,physical examination,laboratory tests,and abdominal B to exceed the NAFLD group of age,sex,body mass index,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids,blood uric acid,testing results of liver function and life habits and NAFLD group were analyzed.Results In 2046 cases of 604 patients diagnosed with NAFLD,detection rate of 29.5%,381 cases(31.5%)of men,223 cases(26.6%)of women,the difference between detection rate(X2 = 5.777,P < 0.05).Difference between different occupational crowd detection rate of NAFLD(X2 = 70.428,P < 0.01).NAFLD group with the NAFLD in like to meat eat,like Fried,smoking,often eat snack,eating out,regular exercise,often stay up late on difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the differences of coffee,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).NAFLD group of body mass index,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,cereal third transaminase,aspertate aminotransferase,blood uric acid index was significantly higher than NAFLD group(P < 0.05),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in NAFLD group is significantly lower than the NAFLD group(P < 0.01).Binomial Logistic regression analysis showed that sex,body mass index,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,cereal third transaminase,aspertate aminotransferase,blood uric acid is a risk factor for patients with NAFLD,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is a protective factor of NAFLD.Conclusion(1)Sex,body mass index,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,cereal third transaminase,aspertate aminotransferase,blood uric acid is a risk factor for the onset of NAFLD.(2)Like eating meat,bad living habits such as smoking,stay up late,lack of exercise and occupational environment is also closely associated with NAFLD.
