Clinical Research Of Zhubidan For Treatment Of Reactive Arthritis(Cold Dampness Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the Zhubi Dan for treatment of reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome)clinical efficacy,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:a prospective,randomized,positive drug control study was used in this study.From December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital department of orthopedics and Department of Rheumatology inpatients and outpatients and Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University Department of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient patients,according to the mainstream medicine and TCM diagnostic criteria of ReA reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome)diagnostic criteria of patients(60 cases),were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In terms of non drug therapy,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine decoction by Zhubi Dan addition and subtraction,while the control group was treated with Wangbi granules,with 1 weeks for1 treatment,observe 8 treatment evaluation index,pain index,TCM syndrome score,two groups before and after treatment HLA-B27,pelvic plain film,ESR well,adverse reactions and patient compliance.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:The symptom improvement: the two groups were compared with before treatment,the syndrome observation index of joint pain status and other symptoms were significantly improved,suggesting that Zhubi Dan and Wangbi granules for reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome)curative treatment;and in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,thin stool,stiff joint treatment group is better than the treatment group there were significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups,after the treatment were significantly improved,indicating that the two groups for drug can effectively relieve the pain of the patients before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05),but the treatment group compared with the control group,no significant difference(P>0.05).The results of C reactive protein determination showed that: the physical and chemical indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,there was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the two drugs can improve the inflammatory reaction of the joints.With the treatment of reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome)role.The determination results of ESR showed: two groups after drug treatment,physicochemical indexes were significantly decreased,there was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05),inflammatory reaction showed that two drugs can improve joint.With the treatment of reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome)role.Conclusion: the use of Zhubi pill in the treatment of reactive arthritis(cold dampness syndrome),can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of reactive arthritis,short course of treatment,no adverse events occurred during the observation period,is the treatment of reactive arthritis is safe and effective one,which is worthy of clinical application...
