Clinnical Study On Acupuncture Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)from the perspective of clinical observation,and to explore its mechanism and specific methods of operation.Practice to provide objective guidance basis.Method: Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into two groups according to the randomized grouping method.The treatment group was divided into four groups: the acupoints of the umbilical cord(acupoints,Bilateral blind shu acupoints),gas sea points and Guan Yuan points for acupuncture treatment,oral Yuan Hu pain tablets as a control group.Three menstrual cycles as a treatment process,after the completion of a course of treatment,compared the two groups in the treatment of a menstrual cycle and a course of pain before and after the change in pain,the recent clinical efficacy and long-term clinical efficacy.Result: The two groups had analgesic effect,but the treatment group's immediate analgesic effect and pain score improvement were better than the control group(P <0.05).After a course of treatment,the treatment group recovered 11 patients,Effective 6,invalid 2,the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group was cured 5 people,markedly effective11 people,effective 9,invalid 5,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The use of chi-square test,the two treatment methods of recent and long-term symptoms before and after comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion: The acupuncture therapy is reliable and can be used as an effective way to treat primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).
