Objective: To explore the characteristics of the drawing clock test(CDT)and the connection test(TMT)score of cognitive impairment group and its correlation with TCM syndromes. Methods: from November 1,2016 to January 20,2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of chronic disease management platform included chronic disease management group, routine physical examination, neuropsychological assessment and TCM syndromes, physical identification, according to the inclusion criteria,418 subjects.R software is used for data processing and analysis. Results: 1.CDT score CDT score: there are significant differences in alcohol consumption,=2 score and =3 scores between the drinking situation(P<0.05),significant differences in age, education level, body mass index, waist hip ratio, smoking is no significant difference.2.TMT scoring characteristics:(1)age,length of education, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, smoking status, drinking status, there was no significant difference in the number of correct connections between TMT-Part A(P<0.05).(2)the age, length of education, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, smoking status and drinking status had no significant difference in the number of TMT-Part A connections(P<0.05).(3)there are significant differences in the total number of seconds to complete the TMT-Part A education in terms of age,(P<0.05),and positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with the number of years of education, there is no difference between body mass index, waist hip ratio, smoking status,alcohol.(4)there are significant differences in the total number of seconds to complete the TMT-Part B education in terms of age,(P<0.05),and positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with the number of years of education, there is no difference between body mass index, waist hip ratio, smoking status,alcohol.3.CDT,TMT score and TCM syndrome: the significance level is 0.05,with the CDT score(P=0.042),spleen and kidney deficiency phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.039),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.046)correlation.Relationship between the correct connection number of stasis blocking cerebral collaterals(P=0.409)and Qi blood deficiency 4.2 TMT-Part A and TCM syndromes. The correct line number and TMT-Part A(P=0.755),spleen and kidney deficiency phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.792),blood stasis in brain(P=0.451),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.955),blood deficiency(P=0.918)there was no correlation.TMT-Part A completed the total number of seconds and phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.031),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.048)is associated with spleen and kidney deficiency(P=0.304),blood stasis in brain(P=0.140),blood deficiency(P=0.598)there was no correlation. The correct line number and TMT-Part B(P=0.658),spleen and kidney deficiency phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.627),blood stasis in brain(P=0.874),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.317),blood deficiency(P=0.359)there was no correlation.TMT-Part B completed the total number of seconds and phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.034)is associated with spleen and kidney deficiency(P=0.458),blood stasis in brain(P=0.523),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.119),blood deficiency(P=0.430)there is no correlation. Conclusion: 1.Whether alcohol consumption can affect the CDT score(P=0.037).TMT-Part A TMT-Part B,the total number of seconds by age(P<0.001,P<0.001)and Education(P=0.000,P=0.011)and was positively correlated with age(B=0.39,B=0.44),negatively correlated with education level(B=-0.23,B=-0.14).2.CDT score and the spleen and kidney deficiency(P= 0.042),phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.039),Yinxuyangkang(P=0.046),TMT-Part A completed the total number of seconds and phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.031),Yinxuyangkang(P= 0.048),the total number of seconds to complete the TMT-Part B and phlegm Mongolia orifices(P=0.034 related).
