Clinical Study On The Improvement Of Glucose And Lipid Metabolism In Obese Type2 Diabetic Mellitus Patients By Modified Jiedu Tongluo Decoction

Purpose:This topic is based on the theory of "detoxification and dredging collaterals",placebo as control group,by comparing the clinical symptoms and indicators before and after the experiment,Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on improving glucose and lipid metabolism in obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:Sixty patients with DM,randomly divided into two groups,The treatment group is given jie du tong luo tiao gan fang,oral two times a day;The control group is given placebo,oral two times a day.Metformin used in patients with the original type and dosage.Two groups all take the same basic treatment,In four weeks for a period of treatment,application of three consecutive period of treatment.Observe two groups the change of before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,waist,FPG,2hPG,TG,TC,HbAlc,BMI,FINS,CRP,then make a statistical analysis.Result: After clinical observation,The treatment group can significantly reduce the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c,BMI,TC,TG,FINS and CRP,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group is better than that in control group in improving TCM symptoms integral.No adverse reactions were found before and after treatment.Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo prescription can not only interfere with the metabolism of glucose and lipid in obese T2 DM,but also reduce the concentration of serum CRP,which is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
