Objective:To investigate the case data of the First Hospital of Qiqihar City on interdisciplinary and the patient and medical staff satisfaction,we may learn the influencing factors on the quality of consultation in the hospital consultation center at present,and analyzing the deficiency in the development of interdisciplinary consultation,furthermore,providing the critical basis for the consultation methods.Methods:The retrospective survey was conducted in the cases from January 2017 to June 2017 at the first hospital in Qiqihar,and the patients and the medical staff were interviewed according to the principle of complete randomization.Some items were investigated through two questionnaires including the process of inter-service consultation,quality of service,service attitude and service price satisfaction,then the quality of medical service was evaluated in the round.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.The data analysis of the two groups was performed by t test,and the count data were examined by x 2 test.Results:1.In this study,during January 2017-June 2017,a total of 7171 cases of consultation,of which 3663 were male,accounting for 51.1% of the total number of patients with an average age of 60.11 ± 15.360 years old,covering all 52 clinical departments.2.A total of 5517 cases of inter-subject consultations among 36117 discharge numbers during Month to June in 2015,an average of 919.50 cases per month;a total of 8065 cases of inter-subject consultations among 37854 discharge numbers during Month to June in 2016,an average of 1344.16 cases per month;a total of 10681 cases of inter-subject consultations among 41727 discharge numbers during Month to June in 2017,an average of 1344.16 cases per month;at a faster rate of growth.3.In the application reasons for the analysis,the corresponding consultation of professional symptoms and signs was the most important way,accounting for 63.8% of the total reason.4.After the standardized management,consultation application,consultation doctor's advice,consultation,consultation opinion implementation records and post-consultation evaluation of the results have been greatly improved contrasting to the before(P < 0.001).5.There was no significant difference in the treatment effect and missed diagnosis rate after standardized management contrasting to the before(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in misdiagnosis rate and consultation time.6.In the patients who have listened but not understand were the main populations,accounting for 20.6% of the total number.7.In terms of patient satisfaction,satisfaction with service technology and service environment was high,on the other hand,the service attitude and the service price were not so satisfying.On the medical staff satisfaction,the more satisfying items were the service environment,unit training and charge price,meantime,the consulting process was not so satisfying,and satisfaction on patient's attitude was the lowest.Conclusion:1.Standardization of interdisciplinary consultation is conducive to improving the quality of medical and health services.2.Standardization of interdisciplinary consultation can improve consultation waiting time,reduce misdiagnosis rate.3.For the different groups,to strengthen inter-department consultation is the most favorable way in improving the efficiency of inter-department consultation.4.Standardized management interdisciplinary consultation is conducive to improve patient satisfaction and the hospital brand building.
