The Acupuncture Therapy Of "zhibian Penetrate Shuidao" Of Treating Urinary Retention After Operating On Anorectal Disease

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of urinary retention Zhibian through Shuidao method in treating anus disease,objective evaluation and verification of its safety,effectiveness,practicality,through clinical application and research,standardize and improve the acupuncture operation,thus for clinical treatment of anal postoperative urinary diseases retention provides a new thinking and methodMethods: 1 patients with all selected general anesthesia,lumbar acupoints,and by traditional operation style of anal disease(hemorrhoids,anal fissure,anal fistula,anal carbuncle single disease)patients,the cases were inpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 the anorectal treatment area.2 the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with an average of two cases in each group,with a total of 30 cases in each group(n = two).The 3 treatment groups by Zhibian through Shuidao method treatment;the control group on the basis of conventional care without any disposal.Other conditions of the two groups were the same(anesthesia,surgery,preoperative and postoperative psychological counseling),for patients with urination after acupuncture treatment were observed,and further statistical analysis,during the treatment and the safety inspection and the effect of the view.4 all the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS19.0 system,which confirmed the relevant views of the subject.Result:Results: all the 60 patients completed clinical observation,no adverse events occurred.Through the analysis of observation and statistical treatment,the treatment group and control group were compared.The results showed that the treatment group treated by acupuncture is superior to the control group of conventional treatment,the treatment group(2 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective 12 cases,invalid 5 cases)and control group(1 cases were cured,5 cases markedly.Effective 14 cases,invalid 10 cases)compared with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the two groups were83.33% and 66.67%,there is statistical significance in two groups of data,the results confirmed that the urinary retention effect of Zhibian through Shuidao method for treatment of anal diseases obviously after surgery.Conclusion: in the treatment of anal disease postoperative urinary retention,Zhibian through Shuidao method can effectively improve the curative effect,postoperative voiding related symptoms,relieve the pain of patients,with clinical application value.
