Objective : Through the analysis of the demographic characteristics of hospitalized patients with diabetic retinopathy and the relevant information of the disease research continuity of care by anxiety in patients with diabetic retinopathy and the influence of medication adherence,health education on patients with diabetic retinopathy.For hospital to establish the continuation of patients with diabetic retinopathy care system to provide the reference basis.Methods : Selected from January 2016 to July 2016,a level of first-class hospital ophthalmology therapy to changchun area during hospitalization in standard 94 patients as the research object,making patients on the basis of informed consent in accordance with the order of admission can be divided into observation group and control group,the observation group of 47,47 cases were,55 cases of men,women 39 cases.Hospital stay of two groups of patients received the same routine nursing,health education,and discharge guidance.Control group patients give regular review and follow-up after discharge.Observation group of patients after discharge for six consecutive months the continuity of nursing intervention,such as establishing the patients with diabetic retinopathy group,explain to the patient's own doubts.Two groups of patients were in the baseline information collected on admission,intervention before and after the intervention for 3 months,6 months by the self-assessment lists of anxiety(SAS)and Morisky establishment of medication adherence inventory questionnaire survey was carried out on the patient.Analyzing statistics and analysis of data using SPSS19.0 description of anxiety in patients with diabetic retinopathy and medication adherence,continuity and to explore the nursing intervention of diabetes retina patients anxiety,medication adherence.Results: Included 94 patients with DR,including observation group 1 patients were lost to follow-up for change the phone number,and the control group 1 patients were lost to follow-up for change the phone number,and 1 patients were lost to follow-up for replacement of residence.Actual completed clinical observation of 91 cases of women,including 46 cases of observation group and control group 45 cases.1.The observation group and control group in patients with general data comparison difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Before the intervention,the observation group and control group patients' anxiety score and medication adherence score comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.Continuity nursing intervention after 3 months,the observation group of patients with anxiety score lower than the control group,medication adherence is higher than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Continuity nursing intervention 6 months later,the observation group of patients with anxiety score lower than the control group,medication adherence is significantly higher than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Continuity of care before,during and after the conduct observation group of their own anxiety score and medication adherence scores were significantly statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: For solution of continuity of care,can improve the anxiety of the patients with diabetic retinopathy,improve patients' medication adherence,promote the rehabilitation of the disease has important implications for clinical nursing work.
