Purpose: Low frequency electric stimulation is commonly used in clinical rehabilitation for patients with stroke treatment.Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TAES)is a combination of modern medical low frequency electrical stimulation and acupuncture acupoint stimulation, which can effectively reduce the side effects of drug therapy on the basis of increasing clinical therapeutic effect and patient compliance. To improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of clinical nursing. The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TAES)in the treatment of depression in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Method: A total of 70 patients with post-stroke depression from January 2016 to October 2016 in a three level of first-class hospital rehabilitation(PSD),patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of 35 patients. Two groups of patients were scored using the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)prior to testing. The control group adopted routine nursing affective disorders in stroke, the experimental group adopted TAES on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks respectively. In the test after first weeks, second weeks after the application of SDS on two groups of patients were evaluated. Two groups of patients were in the group after first weeks, group scores were compared. The effect of treatment. After two weeks, using scale(SDS)to assessment and comparing the differences of score between the two groups.Result:1: PSD score comparison in the two groups of patients after the test, test group Z=-4.466,P=0.000,the difference between the test group before and after the test is significant(P<0.01);control group Z=-3.805,P=0.000,there was significant difference in the control group before and after the test(P<0.01)?2: Comparison of PSD scores between the two groups of patients after the test t=-2.341,P=0.022,the differences were significant(P<0.05)?3: Comparison of the curative effect between the two groups after the test Z=-2.247,P=0.025,differences were significant(P<0.05)?4: After the test, the PSD positive and negative composition of the two groups were compared with the result of c2=3.388,P=0.049,the differences were significant(P<0.05)?The results of depression distribution in the two groups were Z=-1.975,P=0.048,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The TAES combined with general nursing can effectively reduce depression scores and improve the degree of depression of stroke patients,it has good therapeutic effect on depression.2.Use TAES stimulation of the bilateral taichong and hegu can effectively improve the depression of patients with PSD.
